Chef Blanca Rodriguez was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. She grew up in a family of restaurateurs that loved to entertain and had a passion for food.

Growing up, she often helped her mother prepare meals for their family and Chef Rodriguez was a natural as she learned from her mother - techniques and flair.

She took these experiences, becoming a culinary expert herself and now has many years of culinary experience in the Seattle Metro area.
